You need to sign up as a buyer in order to be able to bid on a domain name (with/without web site) and gain access to special features.
Process of transferring domain name (with/without web site) usually takes 5-7 business days after the seller accepts bid.

| 2. Negotiate Price
You may negotiate price with the Seller if you wish or go to next step. |
Negotiate all the terms and conditions of Purchase/Sale via the Private Message Board (PMB).
Webdevel, LLC will protect your privacy, anonymity of the Seller and Buyer.

| 3. Place a Bid or hit "Buy Now" button |
a) Place a bid on a domain name (Seller has right to Accept/Deny your offer right away or wait until the domain auction ends and decide then. Seller can also extend the domain name auction listings.)
b) If you agree to the price you can buy it immediately by choosing "Buy Now" button and proceed to the next step. |

| 4. Deposit Money |
Amount negotiated with the Seller.
In order to buy a domain name Buyer is requested to deposit money to WebDevel's Escrow Account prior accepting the offer. Buyer still have a choice to cancel/deny the purchase; withdraw deposited money or leave it in his/her account for next transactions. |

| 5. Accept the Offer |
| When Deposited Money has been secured in WebDevel's Escrow Account, Buyer is requested to Accept or Deny the offer. |

| 6. Conduct Safe Transfer |
When offer has been accepted, Buyer can continue to conduct a safe transfer. Seller will not receive money, yet. Seller can see funds ready in WebDevel Escrow Account and Seller will proceed the domain name transfer.
In the event a Seller does not complete the transfer within the specified Closing date, the Buyer is then entitled to a complete refund. |

| 7. Receive Your Domain |
| WebDevel Domain Auction Team will contact Buyer via email or phone to finish the trade and confirm payment. |
